My 2 year old son fell and hit his head on the fireplace on Friday 6-24. We rushed him to the nearest urgent care. The door said they closed at 7:30. It was 7:32 and the nurse there would not let us in. He was bleeding profusely and was very quiet. She didn’t even look at his forehead. She told us unless he was unconscious the doctor ...wouldn’t see us. First of all she is not a Doctor, how is that her call. I could understand if it was an adult, but a 2 year old? I’m not sure what her name was but she was rude and basically made the call herself. I thought the doctor was supposed to do that. We had to drive another 20 minutes and he lost a lot of blood. The doctor at the emergency room said if it had been another 5 minutes he might have lost consciousness! GREAT SERVICE! Maybe someday when she has kids she'll understand. Or she might have kids and this pretty much shows what kind of mother this woman is! She doesn't belong working with people.
